fd1868涂料直喷高速数码导带印花机是一款针对涂料直喷印花印花而设计的工业导带印花机，采用2-4个星光1024喷头，单个喷头双色输出，工业喷头速度可高达300㎡/h，全不锈钢材质，耐刮擦，使用寿命长，正常使用可达三年以上，该喷头采用高电压驱动，墨滴喷射距离远5毫米的距离仍可打印清晰锐利的图案，可有效保护喷头的同时打印各种厚度材质，整机采用超厚钢板、滚轴，核心部件选用进口配件，确保打印过程机身无晃动，同时配备超长3m平台供客户打印片装操作，fd1868配备匹布自动纠偏系统，确保打印过程无走偏影响打印效果，整机性能稳定可靠，功能丰富，操作简便，是一款业界最全面的涂料直喷导带高速印花机。
fd1868 belt printer designed especially for textile pigment ink direct printing on kinds of materials.fd1868 adopt 2 or 4 starfire1024 printer heads,each head can print two colors,the max speed can be over 300 ㎡/h，the whole head covered by stainless steel,much harder than other industrial heads,it can be used for over 3 years normally,this head uses high voltage to jet ink drops,it can print vivid and clear pictures even in 5mm height.the whole machine choose super hard steel to guarantee no shaking while printing. the belt part is imported and high temperature resitance,with 3m long belt can help customers to print different style materials, while printing on roll materials,this machine can automatically adjust the movement of materials to keep printing on right position,it also owns a special system to work with white coating or discharging solution to print on piece deep color materials,all in all,fd1868 is the best belt printer to print textile pigment ink on roll,piece or deep color piece materials.
