4.银基钎焊粉silver-based brazing银基钎料钎焊温度低,流动性好。钎焊接口具有很好的强度和延展性能,而且由于不含镉,所以钎焊时对人体非常安全。银基钎料主要用来替代含镉的钎料。含银60-67%的钎料非常适合于钎焊需要高的电导性以及银白色外观的电子器件。同样可以用来钎焊银制品。ag60sn专门用于真空钎焊和气体保护焊。ag55%可以用于各种材料的钎焊,如:钢铁、纯铜、铜合金、镍和镍基合金。ag55%由于钎焊后和不锈钢颜色一致,所以广泛用于奶制品和食品行业。ag50%、ag45%、ag44%则广泛用于电器和异种材料的钎焊。ag45%主要应用于炉中钎焊。ag40%sn、ag30sn钎料在钢铁、有色金属、异种材料的钎焊时拥有良好的流动性。ag30%和ag25%是这些银基钎料中含银量最低的,适合于钎焊要求不是很高的接口.thesealloys are low-temperature, free-flowing filler metals for joining similar and dissimilar metals (i.e. copper to steel). they produce very strong, ductile joints and are safe because they arecadmium-free.the alloys in this group are intended primarily as substitutes for the cadmium bearing alloys. they are all developed from the silver copper zinc system which in many cases has beenmodified by a small addition of tin. silver 60% & 67% are particularly suitable forjoining electrical components requiring high electrical conductivity and give a close colour match of silver.also used for brazing silver goods. silver 60% sn is specially for vacuum applications and brazing small parts most suited in protective atmosphere.silver 55% is for use on any steels, copper andcopper alloys, nickel and nickel alloys.silver 56% is used by the dairy and food industry. after brazing gives a closer match with metals such as stainless steel.silver 50%, silver 45%, silver 44%are widely used for electrical applications and in joining dissimilar metals. silver 45 has broad applications in furnace brazing.silver 40% (with sn) , silver 30% with sn are free flowing alloys forferrous, non-ferrous and dissimilar metals with good fluidity.silver 30% & 25% are least silvers of this family. moderate ductility limits joint design and applications. mt range ofcadmium free silver brazing filler metalsalloy ag cu zn sn si melting range °c en1044:1999
