this machine adopts the advanced technology of plc computer programming, variable frequency speed regulating, electronical break and hmi operation interface. the machine has won state patent for its excellent practice of all devices equipped on the machine, and has got reputations from its users since pushing to the market.
main characteristic:
1. horizontal style paper unwind stand: deliver with pneumatic wide belt, moreover the stand have independent web tension control device and sides tension control device for each roll of raw paper.
2. pneumatic paper loading unit: it can be more and more save the labor.
3. the function of automatic stop at the broken of paper can save the qty. of raw paper
4. machine will alarm when paper core is run out of.
5. the rewinding technology of this machine can make the finished paper reel tightly first and then loosely. it can give the different elasticity for different parts of paper roll. especially, paper core won’t separate from paper roll after a long time of store.
6. automatic trimming, spraying adhesive and sealing are finished instantly at the same time.
7. adopting of up-guided method to wind finished paper, and the front and back jogging button guide raw paper.
8. double embossing compared with single embossing, can make paper more soft and the double-side effect of finished product same, meanwhile, when doing the same dia. double embossing makes the weight of finished product reduced by 15% or above.
9. embossing system: a-when process kitchen paper, the glue will be caught on the bulge of embossing layer to make the tow layers stick together. b-when process decorative toilet paper, the device add color glue between the second and third layer to show all kinds of color pattern on the paper surface (the pattern is decided by the embossing roller), make the layers stick together, and to avoid destroy the soft of paper.

整机采用国际先进的plc电脑编程技术，变频调速，电子刹车，人机界面操作，机上配置的多种功能配置，均以其卓尔不凡的性能赢得了广大客户的认可。
主要特点：
1．卧式退纸架：气动式宽皮带送纸，每卷纸均有独立张力调整装置及左右调节装置。
2．气动式上纸功能大大减轻工人的劳动强度。
3．断纸自动停机功能可以减少原纸的浪费。
4．提示继续加纸管报警装置。
5．复卷技术：成品在复卷过程中可先松后紧，实现多段不同的松紧度，解决了成品在长时间储存中卷纸与纸芯松离的现象。（高速复卷180-200米/分钟，即8-12秒完成复卷并送出每条卷纸。（节距110mm，节数设定200节，可在14秒内完成复卷。）
6．自动修边、喷胶、封口瞬间同步完成。
7．用上引纸方式收卷成品，前后点动开关牵引原纸。
8．双面压花，与单面花相比能使纸张更柔软，成品双面效果一致，做同样直径的成品时重量减少15%或以上。
9．上胶复合系统：a-生产厨房用纸时，对已压花纸张的凸面进行上胶，使两层纸粘在一起。b-生产彩胶纸时，在二层或三层纸之间施加彩色胶水，使产品的表面现出各种彩色图案（图案根据压花辊而定），使产品粘合为一体而不散开，也不会破坏纸张的柔软度。
